Need a component number on a cobra 29 ltd classic

I somehow can not find the number of a component on a cobra 29 LTD. It is mounted on the side of the chassis. Almost to the back same side as the channel encoder in front of the driver.

Dimmer transistor TR22? The 29LTD Chrome schemo says 2SC1957Q. Not sure what the "Q" is about.

Thanks nomad. that is exactly where two of the wires from that component go to tr22. The other goes to the channel display board.
