Need help, rm italy bla350 plus

Trying to find the 11 meter conversion for this amp, but I can't find a dang thing! Any help would be appreciated.

If this is the amp you have couldn't you just set the band selector to 10m and run it?

Thats what I thought too, but when you do that it says illegal frequency and won't transmit.

Sounds like this unit would require a software modification to allow 11 meter operation. This is what happens when the manufacturer decides to stuff a computer based microprocessor inside a linear amplifier. In my mind, if it can't be done with analog control and protection circuits, it has no business being in a high power RF amplifier.

Auto tune and band filter selection is nice but, solid state needs no tuning and a second line section in front of the harmonic filters, easily prevents the wrong filter from being used, with no microprocessor required at all.

I bought this amp also and didnt know there is no way to mod it. I know someone will figure it out sooner or later.

the bla 350 is designed for 160 80 40 24 21 18 15 12 and 10 meters and is not designed for 11 meters for 11 meters there is the bla 703 which is 11 meters and produces much more power and well my dear.

I just ordered that also. It was a lot less money also.
