Hi can someone tell me if these solder joints look like they were missed? This is my 2970n4 and it looks like there is no solder on a few joints. Is it supposed to be like this? Thank you KN6KXM

Not connected, because not needed. No worries here.
Remember also - the board has multi-layer copper foil strip. So if it looks like it's missing from one side, check the opposite side for connection.
Much of what I see here is by Driver and Final (TP7 and AM Regulator out section) and so the pots used in these areas have connections both above and inside sandwiched in the board too.
