NEED INFO ON - Hickok Model 388 CB In-Line Tester

I am simply trying to find some reviews on this digital meter for testing modulation, SWR, frequency and watts... Doesn't someone know enough about this Hickok Model 388 CB In-Line Tester to give me the low down on it. I haven't been able to find ANY reveiws on it and not much info on it except and old authentic ad which sparks my interest for sure !!!!!!!

I'd like to know basically how it performs if it's in good functioning condition and accuracy and all...
