Hi all, I picked this up the other day and am In the process of restoring it, as well as converting it from 8950s to 6Lb6s. The problem I have is previous owner was replacing all toggle switches and cut all wires to them without marking anything. Switches include On/Off, Xmit/Standby, Rec On/Off, Hi/Low, and SSB/AM. I'm trying to find anyone that may have one or now someone that does. I just need some pics of the wiring, or even just a quick color match for each toggle switch. I have figured almost all of it out by simple trace, but I really need to be sure. It is a Pal 500 MDX, and from what I found was actually made by a division of Firestik back in the day. Firestik lost most records regarding these models, but have very limited schematics on some of them, but not this one. If anyone can help, please let me know, it truly would be very appreciated. Thanks, Dave.

David,
Here is a link from CBTricks for the Pal 350MDX. (There is a Base version-i.e. 120vac power supply-with a "BDX suffix to the model number)
It is a 1 (8950) driving 3 (8950) mobile amplifier. I would guess it is very similar to the 500 MDX (but possibly with 1 less final tube). Regardless following this schematic, you should be able to trace your toggle switch wiring.
