In Italy a Collinear was produced for 27 mhz based on the curly collinear project. The antenna is the G-Max from the Grazioli Antenne brand.

Oh I just put antenna on the roof, it is amazing. Long and shiny. SWR 1:1. Money well spent.

That review convinced me! But I have my eye on their HW10V model. Not a monster and fits my needs. Wonder if they ship to U.S.?

Unless you find a US dealer.... the shipping would be the breaking point for most in US

Antenna.
That would be my guess since it's so tall. I think the Gainmaster recommends doing so as well. However, in Video #2 in Post #1, that does not appear to be the case.
