New requirements for License holders ?

Last night I heard a couple guys talking about a new FCC regulation requiring GMRS licensed users to update there information on the FCC's FRN database within 10 days of a change, or face a fine.

So If I am understanding this, if you are a licensed holder, Ham, GMRS ect registered in the CORES system and you move, you have 10 days to update your information or face a $1000 fine.

But how are they going to enforce that? Meaning whenever I remember to change the address with them, that's the week I moved.

Only way i see FCC enforcing it is if they already coming after you for something else.
