Off Center End Fed Dipole for Apartment Dwellers or Mobile

I built this antenna and just wanted to share it. As long as you get it 1/4 wavelength off the ground it works very very well. A friend and club member designed it and he really knows antennas. He should, he has a doctorate in electronic engineering and worked for Motorola as lead designer for antenna design. Check out the plans and have fun with it.
