I built this antenna and just wanted to share it. As long as you get it 1/4 wavelength off the ground it works very very well. A friend and club member designed it and he really knows antennas. He should, he has a doctorate in electronic engineering and worked for Motorola as lead designer for antenna design. Check out the plans and have fun with it.     Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
