Pace cb 144 audio transistors

I'm fixing a pace cb 144 but both audio transistors are bad. They say D360

possibly 2SD360

a lot of the Asian transistors dropped the '2S' because it is the same on almost all of them. See what you find on that!!!

check that.... I just looked.... it IS 2SD360.

Yeah I just found the schematics. Of course I dont have anything remotely close.

While the Hfe is pretty high on some, the one you need is rated at about 55 - found the 2SB1274 or 2SD1913 seems to be a close fit - TO-220 style -

But not around Digikey...out of stock...

They never hold onto the "old stuff" anyways...

just use two of the same thing and you'll be fine.

Pretty sure we use 2SD613 for that one.

Its 6 Amp rating is overkill, but doesn't cost much more than a part rated for half that. Has the high gain factor this circuit calls for.
