Planning on getting my 'ticket', what used radio should I be looking for?

The FT-890AT is a very good radio. I have two of them. Bought one as a backup for
the one I use as a base rig. (besides other rigs I have) And I really do like the 890.
It is easy to use and NO menu's! Always good audio reports and the receiver is very
good, quiet and yet very sensitive. Couple it to a decent antenna and you will have
a nice setup.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
