Anyone in this forum know about the specs on the crystals used in the cybernet chassis like the GE super base or the Colt Excalibur or the midland 78-999 radios the 10.0525 crystal used in these radios.

Im looking for the specs to have some crystals made and need the

l know its doubled in the circuit
need the frequency tolerance pp
load capacitance xxPF
and other parameters to have crystals made to get 40 up and 40 down on the 02A ssb radios

On the GE Superbase and the Colt Excalibur and the Midland 78.999 ssb radios and most other 02A ssb radios im looking for some xtal information.
the stock is 10.0525 regular 40
the high 40 is10.165
the low 40 is 9.940.
If i was to have some crystals made what would be the specs for the crystal to be cut I cant find any info on the crystals used in these radios and schematics are hard to find with a parts list.

any info appreciated

Custom crystals are very expensive and limited to one vendor in the US. Their quality has been hit or miss for decades.

If it was me, I would explore DDS VFO, not crystals.

I have a company in China for all my crystal needs I just need the specs for the 10.0525 xtal used in the chassis and then will have the 10.165 and 9.940 xtal cut.

I did this for the mb8719/8734 chassis had all the hi/lo xtals made and was able to get the specs for those but nothing out there for the cybernet chassis ssb crystal.

DDS too involved looking for a simple install as I already have the boards made i use for my mb8719/8734 channel mods 40/up/down channels works very well.

Now, it sounds as if you are not looking for one crystal, which is how I interpreted your post.

Im looking for the specs on the 10.0525 xtal as i explained so I can then have the 10.165 and the 9.940 xtals made.
At 1 point about 4 years ago I had 14,000 xtals made for all my channel kits I make and sell.
Been getting calls for the pllo2a kits which i have boards made I use on other radios but can use with the above xtals if i can get the specs to have the xtals cut.

I tried getting some parts list some times they list the specs on the xtals used but cant find the info, so why Im asking here

I understand. You may need to pull the crystals from a working radio and test/measure.

Dont think there is a way to measure the specs I need I can read the frequency on my xtal tester but not the specs the xtal was cut with
There are methods to measure what you need, such as load capacitance. You need to learn how. Maybe, your Chinese crystal house knows how and is equipped to perform this. Send them the test samples from a working radio.

I was going to suggest if this was possible.
Way back when I was using a TRC-48 (dating myself here), I sent West Crystals in Kelowna, BC a sample and they made me an entire set for the 24-40 channels and a high band crystal to boot.

Please let us know if this is successful and I'm sure your crystal house will have an influx of CB and ham ops as well as pro tech's.
