you can buy a mic for it pretty cheap on ebay.

just find a mic that says, "wired for 5 pin cobra" and it will work for you.

Thanks!! Actually thanks to you all. You guys have made my venture to cb land pretty fun. You'd think with the technology falling so fast, So would the price of stuff.. But its the opposite. I've had my best luck getting stuff off creigslist locally then ebay or buying it from an electronic shop. But yea Once I get a mike then I can see what this thing does on a dosy. Supposidly tweaked and modded channels.. Serveral say get a d104 mike.. Whats that and does it make a difference in the mike you buy? also how many watts do these radios push out stock? Any way to see if the radio even works without a mike? Thanks again
