Rumors of a new Eleven meter handheld with CB and VHF, new display, dual antennas one for cb, one for VHF.
This looks like Photoshop ,but this might be promising news for the guys that fancy 11 meter handhelds.

Ya, I am sure it's just a mockup, but there is a market for these, there are several FB groups that use HT on 27 megs.

I use a 27mhz ht for quick and dirty bilateral radio checks when the bench is too far away.

I would hope so, the 2990 has SSB, I still see them on Amazon.
I searched and this is the only mention of it I can find and it came from a guy in France...... So take it with a grain of salt.
They seem to be the only one that still has handheld SSB radios currently being made, it would be great to see a new one with nrc and new features.
