President Lincoln 2+ V3 not switching into transmit properly

Hi Everyone,
On the bench is a President Lincoln 2+ with an interesting transmit issue. When you key the mic TX shows on the display but the radio stays in receive. This is on all of the modes. Any thoughts?

Start with simple things, try a different microphone to rule that out?
