Loving the new Richard II for the most part, but while changed values in the tech menu seem to be saving (and seem to be having the desired effect while in the menu, as in modulation level increasing), after the radio is powered down and powered back up, the effect is not applied in normal operational mode. The value, however, is still saved in the tech menu, and while in that menu, the value effects are seen. Am I missing a step here? Never had this issue with other President models, or other make/models with a similar menu.
