Hello again. I want to contact the ISS during it's pass over Jacksonville Florida on 2-8-14 at 18:05 UTC. The frequencies I was told to program into the radio were as follows: Receive Transmit Offset
145.802.5 144.487.5 -1.315
145.800 144.490 -1.310
145.798.5 144.492.5 -1.306

I have no trouble with the 145.8 and 144.490 but how do I program the frequencies with 802.5 487.5 and 798.5 492.5
TNX for the help.
The radio is a handheld Kenwood TH-F6A Tri-Band

Change the step to something like 6.25 (don't remember the exact step you need to select) instead of the standard .5 mhz step. Then you'll be able to dial up the frequency you need.
