Am I missing something? When I think of QRP, I tend to think of using lower than normal power to talk to someone. Not listening to someone on a hand held radio. As I asked, am I missing something?

I believe Happy Hamer's intention was to show a new HT radio that works on 10 and 12m with QRP power levels. That HT puts out 4 watts on high and 1 watt on low. Even though the video shows the user simply listening there is no reason he could not talk on that radio.I'd buy one if they made either a 6m or 20m version.

Any one can bully his way through a crowd with QRO. It takes real skill and tact to do it QRP.
