Awesome Dan ! I work a lot of stations portable myself , or use to . My base is @ 679' but I'm lucky enough to have a neighbor w/ a road going up to his fields which is about 100' higher than I am . My problem is my Cobra 140Gtl is converted for uppers/lowers but I lost the damn chart & don't have a freq counter ! So w/ me the chase is on !

You know...I REALLY want to run an old rig. I’m particularly attracted to the Madison, especially the jazzed-up ones posted here by LC and 75.

The catch is that I have to be able to tune to the zeros accurately and quickly....530, 570, and etc.

Until I can find someone that can do that, exports it is.
