Dave: I was short on time when I posted those links.
I wanted to note that I have and use ALL those models listed.
The MFJ supply is the same as the private label JETSTREAM version that R & L selles also. (which is the one I own) I have run a 400 watt+ amplifier off of that version.
It has performed well. The fan is quiet until you really "warm" it up, but even high speed it is not obnoxious. I do like to clean that out every 6 months as the continuous running fan does pull in "Gunk" over time.
The Astron models listed work VERY well. I have a 400-watt amplifier on the 70M version now, and it works excellent with excellent regulation. The small fan inside that is not even noticeable when running, even when the supply is loaded down for a good length of time.
I prefer the Linear types to the switching type for that reason. Quiet!
I, however, think any of the models listed will work well as the spec on your radio require 35 amp continuous.
I always prefer to size power supplies at a level of 125% minimum that is required for my equipment. Just I as never want my supplies running right near the edge of their capacity.
You paid good money for that rig I am sure, as I have mine. I think it makes no sense to run my expensive rigs or amps and then cheat on $$ for my power supplies.
Again MHO
