Some person totaled my parked car in front of my house, Monday afternoon.

You don't need a lawyer, you need to contact your insurance and they will take care of everything cause that's why you pay premiums.

That's their insurances way of not creating a conflict of interest issue and it only makes sense that's the way things are handled.

I would still use GLR's suggestion......... whiplash

Sounds more like mental anguish to me. Man is clearly distraught and upset.

You are being suckered by the other insurance company. Do exactly as you have been told and call your agent now.

i called. the minute it happened.
some how i got stuck in the middle between there insurance and mine, finnaly my insurance took over the phone calls and all the other :bdh::headbang
