RAIO SHACK HTX242 PROBLEM???????

i have a radio shack htx242 mobile 2 meter.when i try to transmit the rig will not transmit its says pll error on the led screen.does anyone know how to fix this or a solution???thanks for any help or advice....

PLL Err - appears if the HTX-242's PLL (phase-locked loop) section

malfunctions. If turning the HTX-242 off then back on does not

correct this error, take it to your local Radio Shack store to

arrange for service.



Maybe someone here can provide a better solution.
