Rci -2980 wiring

I have a rci -2980 that someone butchered the wiring to the meters and of course the counter does not work because of this mess. There’s a red wire off of the pcb board we’re the flip switches are . Used to be a service manual would have an actual wiring diagram, showing where all of them go.

Not so much any more.
