Real IRF-520s...

Where have y'all found to be a good source of non-fake IRF-520 mosfets? I got a batch of fakies from Amazon that were biasing on hard at 2.5v, and become easily saturated with low drive. 70ma idle current happens about 2.2v.

I'm not a tech so don't need to buy in bulk or no need to guess if I'm getting the right suffix/prefix.

Probably cost more than mouser or others.

Mouser, onlinecomponents.com, Newark/Element14 are all reliable sources. If you need 50 or 100 at a time, they are much, much safer than chinabay.
