With the original 3 amp fuse and in transmit on ssb with a tone, it does not display dimmed lights and not blowing the fuse. Nothing appears to be surging. Im probably going to replace the T03 anyway. Since I put in a fan the heat is way less. In rx mode its a normal temp. The only time it gets really hot is in SSB with a mic tone for adjusting but that fan is doing a great job. Still going to run more diagnostics on the coils, the crystals, the trimmer caps and the disc caps in the PLL area as something is still not right with the cover in place
What is the DC current draw? Is it at least close to this?
