Im wondering if a 1000pf 5% 500v in dipped mica would do the job? I see these on output transformers all the time on other linears. Is it the voltage or tolerance or both? I see that the 2290 has a semco with it. Maybe I can move that one out if its the same and replace the one on the 2290 with a dipped mica with a 5%???

I would use three 330pf in parallel. The reason to use the Semco part is lower resistance. It just has more metal in it. Capacitors in parallel will split the current three ways and prevent overheating from the RF current. The voltage rating is less important than the physical size. The larger the better. More metal equals lower resistance losses.

Tolerance rating of 5% is more than good enough.
