replacement part help

looking for the cross-over or replacement for the scr501 transistor on the freq counter module it says it is a 5p-05m
 

It's not a transistor, it's a SCR, or silicon controlled rectifier. Turns on like a transistor, but stays turned on after the input is removed. Only turns off when you remove the power. In the Cobra 2000 it's wired in parallel with the power button. Pushing the power button to "On" shorts across the SCR effectively shutting it off.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
