For those who are not aware. On Page 7 in the User Manual, the RNR option is not listed / identified, but Menu Function No. 9 in the radio is the location of the menu to adjust / set the desired noise reduction level from 1 - 5 or Off. I know of three out of three HS4 radios and User Manuals that do not match-up with the radios.
