Yes I have a RFX-150 and it is missing D6 was wandering if anybody knew what I could use as a replacement. I have a lot of regular size diodes if I could use one in place of smd component. Thanks for any help or info!

what is printed on D5? It will be the same as D6... I can't make it out. Knowing that you can look up the SMD value.
BUT
It looks like its a 1N4148 as part of the EKL mosfet companion part EN1230 which uses a (smd471)470ohm resistor and a (smd332)3.3K resistor and a 1n4148 diode.
You'll notice the same parts on each side of the 2 mosfets.

Yes you can use a regular sized 1N4148.
On D6 the banded end goes to the left.

On D5 the banded end goes to the right.
D5 SMD should have a band on it facing to the right. I think I can see it but don't worry if it don't.
