I bought a rmitaly 27/586 filter looking to fix some issues. And it worked. 20m does not bleed over the surround sound anymore. The swr on all the bands have been improved and the auto atu does not have to tune near as much on my off center dipole. So the common mode currents have been handled.

I would check filter resistance and insertion loss since your SWR has changed.

Your right. No cmc fix. I have the filter between the tuner and the antenna. I need to drag out the vna and see what it’s doing there and then move it to between the radio and the tuner and see.That's not how the lowpass filter work and is designed for
