Deviation Flatulation

If you're sure that RV4 is the FM Deviation potentiometer, AND that you are turning it in the proper direction, I'm not sure if there's much more you can do. The old Cybernet rigs generally sounded like azz on FM, but this is not one of those. Perhaps there is a design fault in the rigs...
