Robyn T-240D alignment points?

Thanks for the heads up, do you need straight toluene or does something like nail polish remover work as it’s toluene based?

Nail polish remover is based on acetone.

A very good product for the job is GC Electronics Radio & TV Cement Solvent, whose chemical composition according to its MSDS is:

Chemical Name, CAS Number, %WT
Acetone, 67-64-1, 27-42
Toluene, 108-88-3, 23-39
n-Butyl Acetate, 123-86-4, 15-26
Ethyl Acetate 99%, 141-78-6, 9-28

All of those ingredients do nasty things to your body, so be careful using them. Especially don't inhale them.

As mentioned above, use sparingly. Tiny drops are usually all that is needed to soften the goop enough to use an alignment tool, and go easy with that.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
