Rodger beep problem with my Galaxy 99v2

Fixed my roger beep and all other galaxy problems yesterday. My grant 2 arrived. galaxy is now in the closet after 6 months of service. RIP 99v2 :thumbup:
 
Call me a necromancer.....
My 99V2 has the same cold weather RB issue. After warming up, she's 100% operational. Was a fix ever found for this? Now, don't get me wrong, I don't use it, but I do want it operational.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
