I made a video I figured it would be easier than trying to explain it.

 

If it only drifts on 80 meters, it's probably the 80 meter padding capacitor that you've replaced. It may not be handling the current and drifting in value as you try to tune to match the spot it drifted into. If you notice that capacitor runs hot, that would be a surefire sign.

Thank you, I thought maybe it was a power issue so I changed over to 220vac but still drops then rises. I’m going to order another padding capacitor.
