hello all my fellow radio enthusiasts my call is WJ 450 29 DIVISION i uasually hang out on the 11 metre band 27.475 lsb the band hasnt seemed to open up yet from the states basically hopping to find any contacts that i have spoken 2 over the past 8 years iam also upgrading my radio which of present is a ranger rci 2950 dx in my mobile considering an alinco dx 70 th nice looking transciever can be viewed aes stores in milwauke and cleveland or an icom 706 MK II G the icom is over 250.00 dollars more a buddy of mine has just purchasde an alinco as his new mobile any body that recognises my call sign just wave back as this forum looks like great fun wj 450 29 division ok hope u all have a great thanksgiving day and eat plenty of turkey best 73s to u all

If you get an alinco make sure it is a new one the older one's had filter problems and stopped the xmtr after a while<company corrected it though>, I had an older model, fixed now...
