Has anyone here successfully sent an APRS message through ARISS? I'm attempting to do this using my Yaesu VX-8 and Arrow antenna. I think I have the parameters set correctly; I set the digipath for ARISS, WIDE (the VX-8 prepends APRS, to the path setting). I'm trying to send the message to NA1ISS even though I don't expect a response. On my first attempt I accidentally had the VX-8 power set to 1/2 watt :headbang, so that didn't work.

Anyway, has anyone else successfully done this and have any tips?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
