I have shipped export radios and linears to the UK without any problems.The only problem I ever had was where a dude wanted me to insure it for the full cost but to put a cheaper cost on the duty papers. That wont work. The PO will not insure it at a higher cost than you put on the form for duty
$80.00 would be more than enough to ship the radio.The buyer will have to pay his duty when he receives it.
