quick question on an EFHW wire if the SWR is lowest in the lower band but you use a bid higher freq example 7.015 to 7.120 SWR 1.2
I rag-chew from 7.165 to 7.250 SWR 1.9 do I shorten it or length it? also only using 40,20 and 15 meters do I tune on 20 meters so the 2 other bands come down or do I tune on 40 meters so the other harmonic bands come in to place wire is 65ft long. thanks
 

My math says to shorten it by about 15 inches. Try tuning on 40 first.
i think I need to go up in height that's 3 feet off the ground
