Nope. That one's about 25 years too new. The Siltronix counter uses 7-segment LED displays and was built from small-scale digital logic chips. A lot of them. Still haven't turned up this one in my library.

I need to pirate the graphic the fleabay uses when you request an expired listing that says "We looked everywhere".

The FD1011 is the only Siltronix counter I have documented here.

And I don't think I have seen a FC-1 in decades.

Don't think they sold a lot of that one.
