Anyone know where the prefix 317 is , I cant find my list at this time. Thanks guys I have had two guys tell me that 317 is not where I thought it was?

See link. Thanks AudioShockwav we had some water damage from the hurricane and I lost my list. I remember my old list had 317 listed as white russia . No one said STOP I was told by someone on the radio that talking to stations in that part of the world may get me in trouble. Like I said I know of NO reasons why you can not . Just trying to cover my BUTT

Its free radio, talk to anyone you want. Dont let people tell you what to do, pshhh

It's CB radio or even freeband. Don't worry about it. There are NO banned countries list on CB. LOL
