Small Android tablet for GPS navigation?

I want a smaller tablet, like 8-9" for use in my car. Want to run Google Maps. There's so much crap out there I can't figure out what I want. I want to stay stay under $250. It would also be nice to use it for other stuff in the house. I have a Garmin GPS and I like it. Just want to use Google Maps since they've integrated some features from Waze.

Anyone using what I'm looking for?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
