At any rate most of the tests are made for you to fail. Ask an officer to speak off the alphabet backwards just off hand and I'd bet 9 of 10 would fail, just as many would fail standing on one leg for 30 seconds! Hell I can't stand on one foot for that long being straight let alone messed up. Don't know why they just don't make you breathe into the test meter from the get go and skip all the antics?? I suppose some cops get a kick out of things like this, who knows.

because they don't have PROBABLE CAUSE.

say,.. you get stopped for a broken tail light, they just can't have you tested for DWI with out a REASON,... a broken tail light is NOT a reason to suspect DWI.

. the test is DESIGNED to give them the legal reason.
