Solar power setup for FT-897 and FT-817

Hello all,
I have been doing some research and would like to see if my following setup would work for an FT-897 and FD-817.

10-15w solar panel
do not know what amperage charge controller I would need
20aH battery

Thoughts? The main problem I am running into is to see what size charge controller I would need. Any help would be appreciated.

5 amp would do it.
I have 2 x 124 watt panels with a 30 amp controller. Been working for over 4 years now with no problems.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
