I agree with all the above, you can get round the ssb delay by just keying form the radio, you can even fit to the PTT line, how about a good mobile amp, filtered, built in LPF, min 500w ssb, class ab bias, maybe 50 to 100w drive, remote amp control, just make the amp a box with plug in remote to the cab.



So lets look at the advert for such an amp...........

I dont know a lot about amps but you are right in asking the customer.



I prefer the amp to be boot mounted, short coax run and no smell of burning lol.
