Thanks for the tip on SSTV software ! This morning I started getting pics. Here is one I got. :)

What software are you running? I use MMSSTV.I tried Cromapix but I was too cheap to buy it and the trial version keeps timing out every 30 minutes and you have to close the program and open it up again to continue.

I am using MMSSTV also. This is addictive ! :D Here is a pic I just got that was sent by a man in TX. He took this through a window at the Museum of American History in DC. The first Apple computer.

Yeah, I do a lot more RX'ing that TX with SSTV. i use MMSSTV and also MixW. My problem is not having enough pics to send...LOL. Hey Sonwatcher....you oughta upgrade to General so you can send some on HF. BTW, did you get those on 20m?
 
I'm planning on getting the general. Just got to put my feet to the fire. And, yes, I got those off 14.230 usb. It was active today. :D

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
