Vista worked for me to, but wouldn't auto install, still had to go in manually and change the driver.

Beyond all the cable/driver references listed,
- Make sure you have the cable at the radio end fully inserted, The first time I programmed one of these I had to push it in extra (extra!) hard.
- Make sure the volume is at maximum.
