I have just have a few more questions for you if you have time. Who has tuned this radio? Do you know if the limited was removed. Also, if you can remember was it tuned on a scope, how many watts is it putting out?
this was bought direct from sparkys cb shack ,sparky usually cuts the trace going to the limiter so he can say he leaves the limiter intact .
whatever sparky does before he sends them out is how it arrived .weather or not he has a scope and scope tunes them only he and his workers would know .
it peaked about 50-55 watts last time i had it on my meter ,but all meters vary .
if your looking for a perfect scope tuned radio then you should just buy a new one at a reputable shop that you know can deliver what your looking for .
when i do sell this i want a happy buyer .
i bought my general lee from sparky and soon after the kid bought this 440hp
Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
