Stryker 955 channel expansion to 11 meter

Saw pics on another site about how to do the Channel expand on this radio. Here are pics from inside my radio. Can someone confirm this is the right part to remove? Looks like it is the one with the white arrow on the board (which is already on the board-kind of weird?). Thanks !

Yes it is the one to be removed, marked with the arrow .

Mine was already converted as I bought it second hand. I love my 955 also, and a few of the locals have them now too.

I've been back and forth between the rci-2950CD or the 955 and the more you guys talk up that 955, the more I lean that direction.

The truck driver story (mobile use) puts the 955 waaay ahead of the 2950, 2970 radios. Left those Rangers at home afterwards.

I plan to run either as base (SSB)sitting next to the 6666, the more I read the more I'm leaning to the 955 but the newest 2950CD still looks sharp.

I highly recommend Scott's radios. No smoke and mirrors, just a nice clean alignment.
