That's a good price........I've seen these radios selling like hotcakes on Ebay........What kind of board is in them........Are they the same as the old style 148.......Just curious

Its not an export - read the description. Its the old 148GTL with a new face.

Oh, you've seen the radio in person? I havent had the opportunity to look one over yet. I assumed it was type-accepted. It has no extra channels from what I can see, and if its the old 148 chassis, then its already type-accepted.

No Label for type acceptance. This is a RCI built radio that is similar to 148 and TR 296's.
