If he contacts ARRL, they should be able to help your friend out. If not he will have to find a club or maybe if he knows someone that is a HAM already, they could ask someone on the radio that lives in Switzerland.
 
Does he already have a US ham license?

If he is in/near Zurich he could try contacting the Zurich club at

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
